- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Jose Luis Alfonso Ardila, Mario Bedoya Serna, Armando Bocanegra Ariza, Juan Ramon Castaneda, Luis Carlos Guerrero y Julio Alberto Medina, contra el Banco de la Republica.
- Segundo. Comunicar, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Juzgado Catorce Civil del Circuito de Bogota, a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota y a la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura.
